We were so excited that my mom was able to visit Halloween weekend! It was only a few days, but we packed it with as much fun as we could! We loved having her here and wish she could have stayed longer. We also wished my papa bear could have come too, but work was too crazy at the time. We went to a Halloween party at Ryan's parents house on Friday night. It was so fun and all the kid's costumes were cute! Tucker was Lightning McQueen's pit crew chief, and Cole was the Tin man from Wizard of Oz. Not too many adults dressed up, but those who did, looked awesome! I guess those who didn't dress up looked awesome too lol. I didn't want to buy a costume, so I just threw a few things together... I ended up being me when I was 7. I looked a bit ridiculous, but it was fun. Ryan of course was himself... very intriguing and creative : ) . We invited a few of our friends from church to come to the party- Colby and Carolee *and their sweet girls*, as well as Bruce and Christie. There were a ton of games for the kids and grown ups, and lots of delicious and spooky treats to eat. All I can say is the party was a hit! Saturday was full of shopping for the boys. Yay for grandma's! : ) My mom got the boys a bunk bed with army-ish bedding. Its adorable. Tucker is obviously the only one using it right now. We love it! Sunday we went to chuch and to a family dinner at granmda wilkin's house. It is always fun to go to grandmas. It was a beautiful day too! My mom was leaving at noon on monday, so before we dropped her off at the airport, we took her to bass pro to see where we go all the time! she loved it!!! i was actually surprised, but she thought it was the bomb! she had me take tons of pictures inside so she could show people how awesome it is. it was definately a fun-filled weekend! Thanks for coming momma! We love you Nana!
