my little meat eater

just in case you were wondering what kind of threats you would get from my 4 year old if you ever got in a fight with him, they would go something like this...

"YOU want a piece of meat?!?!??"

(you want a piece of me!??)

or how about a little bit of...

"beef that!!!"
(beat that!)

he is just straight up cracking me up lately. he is getting so smart, so its fun to hear what new things he is going to say. lately, he really wants to use the word opportunity during prayers. like tonight he said, "we're thankful for the opportunity to have our warm home and that we can be a family forever." talk about melt my heart. such a sweetie. but if anyone else says a prayer and they dont include the word opportunity, he keeps chirping in saying it over and over again until we say we are thankful for SOME kind of an opportunity. maybe he is trying to teach us something??

and thennnnn.... there is cole. his way of saying "yes" lately is by saying "yum." soo... you can see how humorous that response can be for some yes or no questions. one that i asked the other day sounded like this... "cole, are you poopy?" cole responds, "yummm!" ew : )
