weekly fitness post

what i did this week:


  • monday-4miles run, 1 mile walk, 15 min. elliptical

  • tuesday-1 hour boot camp class at gym. thaaaaat kicked my butt. i almost threw up! but it felt good to work that hard. and i was sore a few days later. always a good sign : )

  • wednesday-rest

  • thursday-2.25 easy run, 5 miles cycle, 1 mile quick run at 9:36 (i guess a new personal record since mackenzie : )

  • friday-rest day

  • saturday-2 miles fartlek run between 5 and 9 mph, 6 miles cycle

weight lost- gained 1.5 since the last time i recorded my weight


weight to go-4.5 lbs. till preprego weight

  1. OH Hi, I thought I should tell you how you and your little blog have totally inspired me. When I decided to teach that sewing class I thought "I'm going to teach her how to sew, what can I learn from her?" and I read your blog and then I started working out. At some point you said you were going to try to run a race around Thanksgiving, so I decided I would too and it was awesome! I've been plodding along averaging about 11 min miles but yesterday I read your post and decided to kick it up a notch and ran a mile in 9:31 and 5 miles in 50:10! All because of you, and your awesomeness and fantastic blog!
